SALES TAX
Merchandise bought and/or received in Illinois is by law subject to Illinois Sales Tax. Illinois sales tax rate is currently 8.25%.
SHIPPING
We ship within the US and Canada. Insurance is optional, but recommended as we are not responsible for lost or damaged items. All shipping includes delivery confirmation. All instock items will be shipped within 1-3 business days.
Orders must include a physical mailing address. If a P.O. Box is used, please also include a physical address.
RETURNS
If you are unsatisfied with any items, please contact me. Please contact me before returning any items.
All merchandise may be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days. Items must be returned in NEW (unused, unwashed) condition. All items submitted for return will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. The shipping price is not included in the refund. Items submitted for return that were originally bought using a free shipping promotion will be subject to a 15% restocking fee to recover shipping charges. Returns must be in resalable condition (no pet hair, cigarette odors, etc).
If you experience problems with an item due to a manufacturer defect, Ocean Blue Diapers will seek to replace or repair the item immediately as needed. An obvious reason to return a used product is if the workmanship fails. Normal wear and tear will not be refunded. In some cases depending on the item in question, we may need to put you in contact with the manufacturer directly.

If you have a return you must do the following:
Store credit or refund will be issued once we receive the item. We reserve the right to issue partial refunds or store credits if our policies are not followed or the item has been used and has no obvious reasons for return.
We take no responsibility for damage during shipping.
